Mr. Ramehar Singh is the Chairman and Managing Director of Resurgence Ship Management and a seasoned marine professional with over 30 years of sailing experience, including 15 years as a Chief Engineer. With deep-rooted expertise in vessel operations, technical management, and crew development, he brings invaluable insight to the management and performance of ships under the company’s care. Throughout his distinguished maritime career, Mr. Singh has served across a wide range of vessel types and operational environments, demonstrating exceptional leadership and engineering proficiency. As Director, he plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s vision, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with international maritime standards, and fostering a strong culture of safety and professionalism.

Mr. Nazif is a highly accomplished Technical Superintendent with over 30 years of extensive experience in the maritime industry. He began his career with the Indian Navy, where he gained a strong foundation in marine engineering, technical operations, and disciplined maintenance practices. Following his naval service, Mr. Nazif transitioned into the commercial shipping sector, where he spent more than 15 years managing and overseeing main fleet vessels, including tankers and bulk carriers. His expertise spans vessel technical management, dry docking, repairs, class surveys, and ensuring strict compliance with international maritime standards and safety
regulations.
Mr. Achal Singh
Electrical Superintendent
Mr. Achal Singh is a highly experienced Electrical Superintendent with a total of over 35 years in the maritime and electrical engineering field. He began his career with the Indian Navy, where he built a strong foundation in marine electrical systems and automation. Following his naval tenure, he served for more than 15 years on main fleet vessels as an ElectroTechnical Officer (ETO), gaining extensive hands-on experience in managing complex electrical and electronic systems onboard. For the past 5 years, Mr. Achal Singh has been serving as a
shore-based Electrical Superintendent, overseeing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and
upgrades across the fleet. His deep technical expertise, disciplined approach, and practical problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset to the technical team.
Mr. Ashish Kumar
Technical Superintendent
Mr. Ashish serves as a skilled Technical Superintendent, offering a decade of dedicated expertise focused entirely within the commercial shipping arena. His professional journey is defined by hands-on management of diverse deep-sea vessels, specifically focusing on the day-to-day efficiency and structural integrity of bulkers and liquid cargo fleets. He excels at orchestrating shipyard turnarounds, troubleshooting engineering issues, and guiding vessels smoothly through rigorous flag state and class inspections. Blending technical acumen with a proactive approach to safety, Mr. Ashish consistently ensures that his assigned fleet meets top-tier operational benchmarks and international environmental mandates.

OPERATIONS
Mrs. Deepali Wadkar : Mrs. Deepali Wadkar is a dedicated and experienced maritime professional with a total of 20
years in the shipping industry, including in the Operations Department and in Crewing. Her broad expertise bridges both shore-based vessel support and human resource management, making her an asset in ensuring seamless ship operations.
Mr. Arun : Mr. Arun is an experienced Operations Executive with over 8 years of experience in marine operations. He actively looks after flag and class matters, insurance coordination, and ensures seamless day-to-day communication with the onboard team. His systematic approach, operational knowledge, and commitment to timely execution make him a valuable member of the operations department.
Mrs. Mahek Khan : Mrs. Mahek Khan is a committed maritime professional with 6 years of experience in the shipping industry, specialising in vessel operations. In her current role, she manages day-today coordination with agents, charterers, and ship masters to ensure smooth vessel turn around and regulatory compliance. Her key responsibilities include vessel scheduling, documentation control, predeparture/arrival documentation preparations, and handling flags, class, and insurancerelated documentation. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, she consistently contributes to efficient and cost-effective operations.
CREWING
Mr. Rahul Nain : With 8 years of experience in the shipping industry, he has adapted and demonstrated efficiency in handling key responsibilities within the Crewing Department. Possessing a strong learning mindset, he has gained extensive hands-on experience in crew coordination, joining and repatriation processes, grievance redressal, and crew documentation management. He is well-versed in essential crew forms, daily crew coordination activities, and is proficient in crew sourcing and meeting the requirements set by the Directorate General (DG) profile. His proactive approach ensures smooth crew management operations while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, documentation accuracy, and addressing
crew needs effectively.
Mr. Sonu : With 5 years of experience in the shipping industry. He is responsible for managing crew schedules, joining and repatriation processes, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. With a solid understanding of crewing operations, Mr. Sonu plays a key role in coordinating crew documentation, handling visa requirements, and supporting the smooth onboarding and off boarding of crew members, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
Mr. Sashith : He is a dedicated and valuable hand with over 8 years of experience in the maritime crewing sector. He is responsible for overseeing crew recruitment, training, and familiarising company policies and procedures. His role includes ensuring timely placement of competent crew onboard, arranging necessary training, and maintaining compliance with statutory and company-specific requirements.
Mr. Deepak : Mr. Deepak overlooks the coordination with the crews to ensure safe and efficient joining and repartition formalities, also manages the office filing systems.
PROCUREMENT
Miss. Priya Salvi : An experienced procurement professional with over 10 years in the shipping industry. She is responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ handling, inventory coordination with vessels, vendor management, and sourcing for both local and import requirements. Her role involves generating authorised purchase orders, conducting weekly RFQ reviews, managing procurement cycles, and ensuring timely supply chain execution. She also oversees documentation, shipment coordination, vendor reconciliation with the accounts team, and liaises with sourcing agents and husbandry services to support vessel operations effectively.
Miss. Kusum : Having 6 years of experience in the shipping industry. Currently, she oversees provisions, and other critical supplies. She also manages communication with general stores, ensures timely vessel reports, and assists in all aspects of procurement, ensuring smooth operations and efficient supply chain management.
Mr. Gurprit Singh : Coming from a technical background and with over 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, Mr. Gurprit overlooks the technical aspects of the department, closely liaising with the onboard team for specific requirements and the Technical and Electrical Superintendents and ensuring the correct, cost efficient and best supplies are reached onboard vessels.
ACCOUNTS
Mrs. Nirmala Thakur : Detailed-oriented and with over 25 Years of experience in the accounts, financial management, client billing, audits, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance. Adept at managing complex vessel accounts and maintaining transparent financial operations for ship owners. Committed to delivering accurate financial reporting and enhancing operational efficiency.
Mrs. Sarika Jadwal : Financial Oversight & Reporting – Manages full-cycle fleet accounting, including payables, receivables, cash flows, and operating accounts. Responsible for generating management invoices, preparing detailed vessel financial reports, and analysing voyage costs to deliver transparent information to owners while ensuring compliance with maritime audit standards. Daily Operations & Collaboration – Handles day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing vendor, agent, and crew payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting monthly closings. Collaborates closely with technical and crewing departments to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and insurance claim accounting.
